Ben Rose

Ben Rose is a Denver-based light artist and photographer. He received his B.A. in Art History and Film History from Sarah Lawrence College and continued his Art Historical studies in a Doctoral program at City University of New York Graduate Center before finally settling on a M.Sci in Lighting from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute's Lighting Research Center in Troy, NY. Drawing inspiration largely from entoptic phenomena and perceptual sciences, he attempts to depict personally interior spaces and forms in his work using simple, external objects.
